As proud members of The Institute of Customer Service (ICS) and following high scores from both customers and staff for customer service delivery and customer centric attitudes, Rittal will undertake a further audit in an effort to achieve the “Service Mark Award”.
From the 15th – 17th of May, as part of the assessment process, ICS will conduct Rittal’s first internal audit where randomly selected members of staff will be involved in answering a range of customer focused questions. Excellent customer service is extremely important to Rittal and we are looking forward to the week ahead.
